艺术与建筑关系之密切犹如人与衣着,但作为传承中国文化艺术重要一脉的中国书画,它并不是一开始就以建筑的装饰和附件作为其要务的。中国历朝历代的统治者,都是因重视“修身、齐家、治国平天下”的教育功能而扶持提倡书画艺术;而达官贵人、文人雅士又把书画作为他们“诗言志”的手段。
The relationship between art and architecture is as close as human and clothing. However, as a Chinese painting and calligraphy that inherits an important part of Chinese culture and art, it does not take architectural decoration and attachments as its priority from the very beginning. The rulers of all the dynasties in China have all supported and advocated the calligraphy and painting due to the educational function of “cultivating oneself, keeping a good house and running the country”, while the dignitaries and the literati as well as the painting and calligraphy " s method.
