随着生产力水平的不断提升,社会的不断发展,市场经济体制下的企业竞争环境越来越残酷。企业内部机制高效运转能在一定程度上提升自身的市场竞争力、促进发展。而企业绩效与经理报酬关系能够对企业内部竞争力的凝聚产生直接影响,本文基于经济学分析角度上针对经理层报酬与绩效之间存在的相关联性进行了深入剖析。
With the continuous improvement of the productive forces and the continuous development of society, the competitive environment for enterprises under the market economy system has become increasingly cruel. The efficient operation of the internal mechanism of enterprises can to some extent enhance their market competitiveness and promote development. However, the relationship between firm performance and manager compensation can have a direct impact on the internal cohesion of the firm. Based on the analysis of economics, the dissertation analyzes the relationship between manager compensation and firm performance.
