缝焊机是清江金属容器厂生产油桶的主要设备,多年来一直使用150kW连续电阻搭接焊机。目前,我国已进入使用脉冲缝焊机阶段;有些国家已采用变频(工频)脉冲缝焊机。老式连续缝焊机耗电大、温升高、主变压器经常烧坏,是该厂生产线上的关键问题。如果该厂把现有两台连续缝焊机淘汰,更换脉冲缝焊机,每台2.4万元,共需4.8万元,并且国内市场尚无现货供应。经该厂领导与科技人员共同研究,决定挖掘设备潜力,进行技术改造,使之满足生产需要。根据以上情况,我们对150kW缝焊机进行了如下的改造。

At present, China has entered the stage using pulse seam welder; some countries have adopted frequency (labor frequency) pulse seam welder. Old-fashioned continuous seam welder power consumption, high temperature, the main transformer is often burned, the plant production line is the key issue. If the factory to the existing two continuous seam welder out, replace the pulse seam welder, each 24,000 yuan, a total of 48,000 yuan, and the domestic market is not available from stock. After the plant leadership and scientific and technological personnel to study together, decided to tap the potential of equipment, technological transformation, to meet the production needs. Based on the above, we have 150kW seam welder as the following transformation.
