温州浙南沿海先进装备产业集聚区于2013年12月经浙江省政府批准设立,地处温州经济技术开发区、龙湾区、瑞安市、平阳县的沿海区域。其核心区块温州经济技术开发区于1992年经国务院批准设立,是浙南闽北首家国家级开发区。温州浙南沿海先进装备产业集聚区作为温州产业转型发展的重大平台,近几年的快速发展引起了多方关注,是投资价值洼地。
The advanced equipment industry gathering area along the coast of southern Zhejiang in Wenzhou was established in December 2013 by the Zhejiang provincial government and is located in the coastal areas of Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Longwan District, Ruian City and Pingyang County. Its core block Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in 1992 by the State Council approved the establishment of southern Zhejiang is the first state-level development zone. As a major platform for Wenzhou’s industrial transformation and development, the advanced equipment industry cluster in the coastal areas of southern Zhejiang in Wenzhou has attracted much attention from the rapid development in recent years and is an investment value depression.
