市场环境不仅是加快区域经济社会发展的基础条件,也是企业健康发展的生存条件。在借鉴前人的研究基础上,通过市场调研的方法,分析上海中小企业在发展过程中对市场环境的需求,以及对政府政策体系的评价,旨在为政府制定相关政策提供决策参考依据。针对上海市中小企业政策体系尚有的不足,对完善中小企业环境、进一步促进中小企业发展提出政策建议。
The market environment is not only the basic condition for accelerating the economic and social development in the region, but also the living conditions for the healthy development of enterprises. Based on the research of predecessors, through the method of market research, this article analyzes the demand of Shanghai SMEs in the development process of the market environment and the evaluation of the government policy system in order to provide reference for the government to make relevant policies. In response to the inadequacies of the SME policy system in Shanghai, we put forward policy recommendations on improving the environment for SMEs and further promoting the development of SMEs.
