目的了解学龄前儿童视力状况,尽早发现斜视、弱视,以便早期治疗。方法对沈阳市和平区99所幼儿园7946名学龄前儿童,采用国际标准视力表检查视力,角膜映光、交替遮盖及双眼运动状态检查斜视,手持裂隙灯检查眼前节,初查视力低常者、斜视者,用1%阿托品散瞳验光;行同视机和三棱镜检查,明确诊断。结果 7946名受检儿童中3~4岁组视力低常365人(8.01%);5~6岁组视力低常536人(9.99%)。经阿托品散瞳确诊弱视者222人(2.79%),斜视检出23人(0.29%)。结论学龄前是儿童斜视弱视治疗的最佳时期,应在幼儿园进行眼科普查,和科普宣教工作。
Objective To understand the preschool children’s visual acuity, as soon as possible to detect strabismus, amblyopia, in order to early treatment. Methods A total of 7946 pre-school children in 99 kindergartens in Heping District of Shenyang City were examined for visual acuity, corneal reflectance, alternating coverage and binocular vision by strabismus. The hand-held slit lamp was used to examine the anterior segment, Strabismus, with 1% atropine mydriasis optometry; line with the same machine and prism examination, a clear diagnosis. Results Among 7946 children, the visual acuity was 365 (8.01%) in 3 ~ 4 years old group and 536 (9.99%) in 5 ~ 6 years old group. 222 amblyopia (2.79%) were confirmed by atropine mydriasis and 23 (0.29%) were strabismus. Conclusion Preschool age is the best period for treatment of strabismus and amblyopia in children. Ophthalmology and preschool education should be conducted in kindergartens.
