目的研究VEGF165对实验性脑出血大鼠血脑屏障的保护作用。方法应用立体定向技术,用大鼠自体尾动脉不抗凝动脉血液60μl缓慢注入大鼠尾状核来制成脑出血模型,并同时向侧脑室内注射VEGF165,观察VEGF165对脑出血后血脑屏障的影响。结果VEGF165可以明显降低脑组织含水量,改善血脑屏障通透性。结论VEGF165对脑出血大鼠血脑屏障有显著的保护和治疗作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of VEGF165 on the blood-brain barrier in rats with experimental cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Using stereotactic technique, 60μl of non-anticoagulant arterial blood of autologous caudal artery was slowly injected into rat caudate nucleus to make intracerebral hemorrhage model. At the same time, VEGF165 was injected into the lateral ventricle to observe the effect of VEGF165 on the blood-brain barrier Impact. Results VEGF165 could significantly reduce the water content of brain tissue and improve the permeability of blood-brain barrier. Conclusion VEGF165 has a significant protective and therapeutic effect on the blood-brain barrier in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage.
