1 Clinical material rnA 62 year old man was hospitalized because there were pale, purlish and severe pain on his hands over six years. When the cold weather or stressful stimuli came, these symptoms were predisposes and could last 2～ 3 hours, the drug therapy of vasodilatations, analgesics and adrenal steroids was unaffected. rn
