国外采用定向井开发油田发展甚早。近年来,随钻测井技术、可转向钻井工具等先进工艺的应用,使水平井完井数量与日俱增。对同样的油层构造,水平井比一般井的采油潜能明显提高。如何有效地把电潜泵应用于水平井,是发挥水平井采油优势的关键。近年来。我国胜利、大庆、大港等油田引进国外先进钻井技术,成功地打出了定向水平井。本文从理论计算到实例说明,论述了电潜泵用于水平井采油应注意的工艺技术问题;并就钻井井筒的设计直径、水平段的倾斜度、造斜曲线的设计、小直径尾管的设置,以及电潜泵密封型式的选择、中心定位器、电缆保护装置和变速驱动电机的采用等问题,总结了七项行之有效的实践经验,可供我国从事油田开发规划、钻井、完井、采油以及电潜泵设计制造技术人员参考借鉴。
