新锆合金目前尚处在研制阶段,合金成分Zr—1.5Mo—0.5Cr—0.3Fe—0.2Nb(%重量),其中Mo和Nb是起主要强化效应的,Nb在抗热震性方面能起有利的作用,Fe和Cr对合金的耐蚀性起着良好的影响,Cr兼而有很好的强化效应。合金制成φ8.1×0.7毫米的管材,总加工率为50%,成品最终退火为710℃/1小时。我们对该合金的再结晶温度,织构及不同工艺制度下所存在的相用X光方法进行了初步分析。
