目的:明确水通道蛋白1(AQP1)在喉癌组织中的表达及分布与微血管形成的关系,并探讨其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测喉癌组织及癌旁正常组织中AQP1蛋白的表达。通过CD105单克隆抗体标记肿瘤新生血管,检测肿瘤内微血管密度(IMVD),并结合临床病理资料进行系统分析。结果:喉癌组织AQP1阳性细胞表达率和IMVD明显高于癌旁正常组织;AQP1的表达量随着喉癌分化程度的降低,其表达量逐渐升高;有淋巴结转移组AQP1的表达量明显高于无淋巴结转移组,差异有统计学意义。结论:①喉癌组织中AQP1的表达及IMVD与癌旁正常组织相比具有明显的特征性;②AQP1的高表达不仅与喉癌组织中IMVD呈明显的正相关性,且与喉癌有无淋巴结转移和细胞的分级密切相关;③推测AQP1在喉癌上皮和血管内皮细胞中表达增高能促进血管渗透性增强,在肿瘤的生长、浸润和转移中具有重要作用。
Objective: To clarify the expression of aquaporin-1 (AQP1) in laryngeal carcinoma and the relationship between its distribution and angiogenesis and to investigate its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of AQP1 protein in laryngeal carcinoma and adjacent normal tissues. Tumor neovascularization was detected by CD105 monoclonal antibody, the intra-tumor microvessel density (IMVD) was detected, and the clinical and pathological data were used for systematic analysis. Results: The expression of AQP1 positive cells and IMVD in laryngeal carcinoma were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues. The expression of AQP1 was gradually increased with the differentiation degree of laryngeal carcinoma, and the expression of AQP1 in lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher No lymph node metastasis group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: ① The expression of AQP1 in laryngeal carcinoma and IMVD have obvious characteristic compared with the adjacent non-cancerous tissues; ② The high expression of AQP1 is not only positively correlated with the IMVD in laryngeal carcinoma, but also with lymph node Metastasis and cell grade is closely related to; ③ speculated that AQP1 expression in laryngeal epithelium and vascular endothelial cells can promote increased vascular permeability, tumor growth, invasion and metastasis play an important role.
