28例正常骨髓GM-CFUc测定

造血干细胞培养技术自60年代初建立以来发展甚快,现已成为临床及实验血液学的活跃研究课题。为判别各种血液病的骨髓粒、巨噬系造血祖细胞(GMCFUc)测定的临床意义,首先需了解正常骨髓GMCFUc的变异范围及用正常人外周血作底层所提供的集落刺激因子(CSF)的活力变化。本文为此目的对28例正常骨髓GM-CFUc进行测定,报道如下。 Since its establishment in the early 1960s, hematopoietic stem cell culture has developed rapidly and has become an active research topic in clinical and experimental hematology. To determine the clinical significance of determination of bone marrow granulocyte and macrophage-derived hematopoietic progenitor cells (GMCFUc) in various blood diseases, we first need to understand the range of variation of GMCFUc in normal bone marrow and the colony stimulating factor (CSF) Vibrant changes. This article for this purpose 28 cases of normal bone marrow GM-CFUc measured, reported as follows.
