目的:建立GC法测定甘油止痒洗剂中苯酚和薄荷脑的含量方法。方法:色谱柱为Zebron ZB-Wax(0.32 mm×30.0 m,0.50μm)毛细管柱色谱柱;FID检测器;柱温为60℃,保持1 min,然后以8℃·min-1速率升温至160℃,保温10 min,进样口温度180℃,检测器温度300℃。载气为氮气。结果:苯酚和薄荷脑的线性范围分别是0.5~10.0 mg·ml-1(r=0.999 9)和0.25~5.0 mg·ml-1(r=0.999 9)。苯酚和薄荷脑的平均回收率分别为99.01%(RSD=0.90%,n=9)和99.70%(RSD=0.98%,n=9)。结论:该方法简单,结果准确可靠,可用于止痒洗剂中苯酚和薄荷脑的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of phenol and menthol in glycerin anti-itch lotion by GC. METHODS: The column was a Zebron ZB-Wax (0.32 mm × 30.0 m, 0.50 μm) capillary column with a FID detector. The column temperature was 60 ° C for 1 min and then ramped to 160 ° C at a rate of 8 ° C min-1 ℃, holding 10 min, inlet temperature 180 ℃, detector temperature 300 ℃. The carrier gas is nitrogen. Results: The linear ranges of phenol and menthol were 0.5-10.0 mg · ml-1 (r = 0.999 9) and 0.25-5.0 mg · ml-1 (r = 0.999 9) respectively. The average recoveries of phenol and menthol were 99.01% (RSD = 0.90%, n = 9) and 99.70% (RSD = 0.98%, n = 9), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and the results are accurate and reliable. It can be used for the determination of phenol and menthol in anti-itch lotion.
