热压罐成型是目前航空航天先进复合材料构件的主要成型工艺之一。复合材料构件在热压罐成型过程中产生的变形是影响其成型精度的主要原因。国内外研究者在大量实验和数值研究的现有的基础上,对复合材料固化变形的成因以及影响因素获得了更加深入的理解,并提出了多种预测方法,取得了一定应用成果,为合理实施固化变形补偿、提高复合材料加工精度、降低加工成本提供了重要的理论依据。本文在总结了国内外复合材料固化变形领域研究进展的基础上,概述了固化变形的主要影响因素。
