近年来,随着我国经济社会的快速发展,档案管理工作有了很大的进步。但要实现档案工作的持续发展就必须不断创新,与时俱进。实现档案管理创新的途径包括思想意识的创新、管理方式的创新、服务方式的创新和提高档案工作人员素质等方面。本文在企业档案管理存在问题的基础上,提出了问题存在的原因,进而阐述了解决其采取的措施。
In recent years, with the rapid economic and social development in our country, great progress has been made in file management. However, we must constantly innovate and keep pace with the times in order to achieve the sustainable development of archival work. The ways to achieve the innovation of archive management include the innovation of ideology, the innovation of management mode, the innovation of service mode and the improvement of the quality of archivist. Based on the existing problems of enterprise file management, this paper puts forward the reasons why the problems exist, and then elaborates the measures to be taken to solve them.
