岭南近代村落建筑是岭南文化的重要组成部分,珠海会同村的建筑风格融会着传统的岭南文化与西方建筑的双重理念的影响。一方面,先抑后扬的村落前部空间引导,含蓄隐幽的村落选址,背山面水的总体布局,自然丰饶的周围环境,秉承传统的民居平面,反映了规划对中国传统风水和宗族伦理哲学的选择,形成“人—村落—环境”的有机整体。另一方面,村落的土地利用集约,功能分区合理,交通组织层次分明,公用设施齐全,运用标准化、模数化民居组合和建造方式,反映出村落规划对西方现代规划思想的自觉接受。作为珠海市保存最完整的古建,会同村无疑承载着厚重的历史文化。本文是在充分调研的基础上,对于珠海会同村的历史与文化背景;珠海会同村地区原有乡土建筑;珠海会同村多元的建筑与景观的特点进行的深入研究。旨在用融汇贯通的现代景观设计意识,为国内景观规划设计中在保护历史文化、可持续生态景观建设、地域风俗传承、尊重地方习俗等方面提供参考和借鉴。
Lingnan modern village architecture is an important part of Lingnan culture. The architectural style of Huitong Village in Zhuhai integrates the dual concepts of traditional Lingnan culture and Western architecture. On the one hand, the first front of the village in front of the suppression of Yang guide space, implicit and subtle village site, the overall layout of the backwater, natural abundance of the surrounding environment, uphold the traditional residential layout, reflecting the planning of traditional Chinese feng shui and clan The choice of ethical philosophy forms the organic whole of “people - village - environment”. On the other hand, the village has intensive land use, rational function partition, clear level of traffic organization and complete public facilities. The use of standardized and modular residential combination and construction mode reflects the village planning's conscious acceptance of western modern planning ideas. Zhuhai City, as the most complete preservation of ancient buildings, together with the village undoubtedly carry a heavy history and culture. On the basis of full investigation and research, this article is based on the historical and cultural background of Huitong Village in Zhuhai; the original native buildings in Huitong Village of Zhuhai; and the diversified architectural and landscape features of Huitong Village in Zhuhai. The aim is to provide reference and reference for the design of the domestic landscape planning in the protection of history and culture, the construction of sustainable ecological landscape, the inheritance of regional customs and respecting the local customs, etc., with the awareness of modern landscape design.
