阐明了我国电子政务建设的发展特点,就林业政务信息化的架构建设及存在的问题进行了论述。建设我国政务信息化的核心工作、依托基础是建设以“三网一库”为基本架构的全国政府系统办公自动化网络,林业政务信息化建设围绕国家“三网一库”建设的要求,搭建了技术先进、运行稳定、功能相对齐全的网络平台,建设了国家林业局门户网站、办公业务网、办公业务资源网和各类管理信息系统及专业数据库。文章最后根据国家信息化建设的总体要求,结合林业信息化发展现状和行业管理工作的需要,提出了林业政务信息化“十一五”工作的核心内容。
Clarified the development characteristics of e-government construction in our country, and discussed the construction of forestry government affairs informationization and existing problems. Building China’s core task of government information, relying on the building of a “three networks and a library” as the basic structure of the national government system office automation network, forestry government information construction around the country “triple play a library” construction requirements, set up Advanced technology, stable operation and relatively complete functions of the network platform, the construction of the State Forestry Administration portal, office network, office business resources network and various management information systems and professional database. Finally, according to the general requirements of national informatization construction and the need of forestry informatization development and industry management, the article puts forward the core content of the 11th five-year plan of forestry government informatization.
