十二五期间,国家向各大企业提出党建工作要围绕“切实加强‘两支队伍’的建设”工作开展,目的旨在保障各企业的稳固发展,创造出更多的社会财富并为企业自身带来更高的经济效益。显然,企业要发展,还是需要依靠不竭的人为力量去推动。青年们无疑是企业发展的后备力量,在企业的正常运转过程中,无论是青年职工还是青年干部,都决定了企业坚持“两支队伍”建设工作的成败与否,并左右着企业的未来走向。所以青年员工应在企业“两支队伍”建设工作中发挥重要作用。
