本文报道了γ线和N-甲基-N’-硝基-N-亚硝基胍(MNNG)对HeLa细胞存活率、DNA链断裂和O~6-甲基鸟嘌呤DNA甲基转移酶活性的影响。结果表明两种因子的组合较单一因子增加了细胞的死亡率、DNA的链断裂及O~6-甲基鸟嘌呤DNA甲基转移酶活性的丢失。细胞存活曲线参数D_0,D_q值的下降表明γ线与MNNG有协同作用。
Here we report the survival rate, DNA strand breaks and O~6-methylguanine DNA methyltransferase activity of HeLa cells induced by γ-rays and N-methyl-N’-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG). Impact. The results showed that the combination of the two factors increased cell mortality, DNA strand breaks, and loss of O-6-methylguanine DNA methyltransferase activity compared to single factor. The decrease of the cell survival curve parameters D_0, D_q indicates that the γ line has a synergistic effect with MNNG.
