本文报道了69名平菇培植工的肺通气功能检查结果。接触组肺功能异常率为26.1%,高于对照组,差异有显著性。肺功能的异常率与接触组的性别、年龄、工龄无关。肺功能以阻塞型通气功能障碍为主,占61.1%。平菇种植工肺通气功能改变主要见于FEV_1%、PEFR、(?)_(50)、(?)_(25)、(?)_(50)/(?)_(25)。提示蘑菇可影响大、小气道功能,应予以重视。 This paper reports the results of 69 pulmonary function tests of mushroom cultivators. The lung function abnormality rate in the exposure group was 26.1%, higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant.
