环境法调整对象一直是理论和实践领域亟待解决的问题．本文从中国传统伦理学和法理学的角度出发,论证了环境法不仅可以以调整人与人之间的关系,而且可以调整人与自然的关系。
The object of environmental law adjustment has always been a problem to be solved in the field of theory and practice. From the perspective of Chinese traditional ethics and jurisprudence, this article demonstrates that environmental law can not only adjust the relationship between people, but also adjust the relationship between man and nature.
