目的建立裙带菜中Fe、K、Ca、Mg、Hg、Ag、As、Se、Cd、Ni、Cu、Zn、V、Cr、Mn、Co的电感耦合等离子体质谱测定法。方法采用密闭容器消解法处理样品,以10μg/ml Li、Sc、Ge、Y、In、Tb、Bi为内标,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定样品中16种元素含量,以茶叶为参考物质进行质量控制。结果用该法测定标准曲线16种金属元素皆具有良好的线性关系,在标准曲线范围内,各元素线性相关系数为0.999 2~1.000 0,检出限为1.33×10~(-4)μg/L~4.82×10~(-2)mg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.12%~5.51%,回收率为84.62%~111.11%。结论方法简便、快速、准确,适宜于裙带菜中多种元素的同时测定。
Objective To establish an ICP-MS method for the determination of Fe, K, Ca, Mg, Hg, Ag, As, Se, Cd, Ni, Cu, Zn, V, Cr, Mn and Co in Wakame. Methods The samples were treated with a closed container digestion method. The contents of 16 elements in the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with 10μg / ml Li, Sc, Ge, Y, In, Tb and Bi as the internal standard. Tea as reference material Quality control. Results The 16 metal elements in the standard curve were linear with this method. The linear correlation coefficient of each element in the standard curve ranged from 0.999 2 to 1.000 0 with a detection limit of 1.33 × 10 -4 μg / L ~ 4.82 × 10 ~ (-2) mg / L. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 0.12% to 5.51%. The recoveries ranged from 84.62% to 111.11%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the simultaneous determination of various elements in wakame.
