目的 :测定稀土钕 (Ⅲ )与L -抗坏血酸 (VC)配合物的稳定常数。方法 :利用稀土f-f超灵敏跃迁吸收的振子强度与配体浓度的关系 ,获得自由配体浓度和相应生成函数的系列数值 ,从而由自编计算机程序拟合出配合物的稳定常数。结果 :随着配体浓度增大 ,Nd3 +离子超灵敏跃迁吸收显著增大 ,其振子强度Pexp与配体实际总浓度CxA 有较好的线性关系。经过拟合处理得到比较满意的稳定常数值 ,进一步证实了用测量振子强度来测定稳定常数是可行的。结论 :本方法在稀土单核配合物稳定常数的测定上能获得可靠的结果。
Objective: To determine the stability constants of rare earth neodymium (Ⅲ) and L - ascorbic acid (VC) complexes. Methods: Based on the relationship between the intensity of ligands and the ligand concentration, the series of values of free ligand concentration and corresponding generative functions were obtained. The stability constants of the complexes were fitted by self-made computer program. Results: With the increase of ligand concentration, the absorption of Nd3 + ion hypersensitive transition significantly increased, and its oscillator strength Pexp had a good linear relationship with the actual total concentration of ligand CxA. After the fitting process to get a more satisfactory value of the stability constant, further confirms the use of measured oscillator strength to determine the stability constant is feasible. Conclusion: This method can obtain reliable results in the determination of the stability constants of rare earth mononuclear complexes.
