目的:找出在注射标记抗体的荷瘤裸鼠体内的 ̄(99m)Tc注射剂量、时间与T/N比值的关系。方法:用γ计算机和γ计数器测定肿瘤和其它组织的放射性强度,计算T/N比值和定位指数LI.结果:(1)2mci的 ̄(99m)Tc剂量T/N比值高;(2)注射标记抗体28h后,T/N比值高,是放免显象的适宜6时间。结论: ̄(99m)Tc剂量大小与T/N比值不呈线性关系,但T/N比值与定位指数呈正相关。
OBJECTIVE: To find out the dose and time of Tc-N ratio of 99m Tc injection into tumor-bearing nude mice injected with labeled antibody. Methods: Radioactivity of tumors and other tissues was measured by γ computer and γ counter, and T / N ratio and localization index LI were calculated. Results: (1) The T / N ratio of ~ (99m) Tc dose at 2mci was high; (2) The T / N ratio after 28h injection of labeled antibody was high, which was the appropriate time for radioimmunoimaging. CONCLUSION: There is no linear relationship between the dose of ~ (99m) Tc and the T / N ratio, but the T / N ratio is positively correlated with the localization index.
