目的:研究探讨宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变后对妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2010年1月至2012年7月期间于安吉县妇幼保健院接受诊断和经宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变后妊娠的患者95例,研究探讨所有患者的妊娠时间、妊娠结局、分娩孕周、分娩方式以及胎儿情况。结果:95例术后妊娠的患者中,6个月以内妊娠者13例,6~12个月妊娠者52例,1年后妊娠者24例,2年后妊娠者6例;孕早期行人工流产术终止妊娠者22例;孕早期难免流产者9例;中央型前置胎盘行剖宫产术的早产患者3例;足月妊娠分娩患者61例,包括剖宫产22例,阴道生产39例;胎儿情况普遍良好。结论:宫颈LEEP术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变对妊娠结局影响较小,安全性好,对有保留生育功能要求的年轻宫颈疾病患者而言,LEEP术是一种较好的方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To study the effect of cervical ring excision on pregnancy outcome after treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods: A total of 95 pregnant women with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia who were diagnosed with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia from January 2010 to July 2012 in Anji Maternal and Child Health Hospital were enrolled in this study. Pregnancy, pregnancy, Outcome, gestational age of childbirth, mode of delivery and fetal status. Results: Among the 95 cases of postoperative pregnancy, 13 cases were pregnant within 6 months, 52 cases were 6-12 months pregnant, 24 cases were pregnant after one year and 6 cases were pregnant after 2 years. In the first trimester of pregnancy, Abortion termination of pregnancy in 22 cases; 9 cases of unavoidable abortion in early pregnancy; 3 cases of preterm delivery of cesarean section in the central placenta previa; 61 cases of full-term pregnancy delivery, including 22 cases of cesarean section, vaginal production 39 Cases; the fetus is generally good. Conclusions: Cervical LEEP for the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia has little effect on pregnancy outcome and good safety. LEEP is a good method for young patients with cervical diseases with reproductive function, which is worthy of clinical application .
