目的:研究分析社区开展用药指导对糖尿病患者用药安全与效果的影响。方法:选社区医院2015年9月至2016年9月接收的116例糖尿病患者。依照患者就诊时间先后均分对照组和观察组。给予对照组常规用药指导,观察组患者展开社区系统化用药指导。对比两种用药指导方式对患者用药安全与临床效率的影响。结果:观察对比发现,观察组患者服药依从性、用药期间不良反应发生率均优于对照组,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:为社区糖尿病患者展开社区用药指导,对确保患者用药安全具有显著效果,同时还可提高患者服药依从性,有助于控制患者血糖,可推广使用。
Objective: To study and analyze the impact of community-based medication guidance on drug safety and efficacy in diabetic patients. METHODS: A total of 116 patients with diabetes who were admitted to the community hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were enrolled. In accordance with the patient treatment time was divided into control group and observation group. Give the control group conventional medication guidance, observation group patients started community systematic medication guidance. Compare the effect of two kinds of medication guidance on patient medication safety and clinical efficiency. Results: Observations and comparisons showed that the medication compliance and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Community-based medication guidance for patients with diabetes in community has a significant effect on ensuring the safety of patients’ medication. At the same time, it can also improve compliance of patients and help control the blood sugar of patients, which can be used widely.
