后压浆是一种新的钻孔灌注桩基础处理技术,即在成桩过程中,预埋压浆管路于桩底或桩侧,待桩身达到一定强度后,用高压注浆泵对桩端或桩侧注入特殊配方的浆液。桩端浆液通过渗透、劈裂和挤密作用,改善持力层的物理力学性能,以提高桩端承载力。桩侧压浆可充填桩身与桩周土体间隙,提高桩侧摩阻力。本文结合工程实例,介绍了高层建筑钻孔灌注桩应用后注浆工法的工艺及其机理,根据工程注浆检测成果,对提高单桩竖向承载力与改善桩基承载工作性能的效果进行了分析。
