The emergence of “multi-teacher education” in VET has become a common phenomenon both from the social change in the post-industrial era and from the country The gradual development of training theory in the reform of vocational education has finally emerged in combination with the emergence of the training package system. The advantages brought by the phenomenon of “multiple divisions and degrees” in Australia include not only the balance of demand for “double division” but also the flexible employment system and the support for multi-form teaching. At the same time, it should be noted that due to the lack of qualification system for multi-factor vocational teachers in Australia and the “multi-teacher cooperation grant”, it also affects the development of their own vocational education.
