为了改善开关矩阵的性能,设计了一种应用于中频4×4开关矩阵的开关模块电路。优选性能良好,低功耗的开关芯片,辅以Cadence软件进行优化设计,优化版图布局,方便系统集成,同时采用上位机控制加手动控制两套控制方案,成功研制出应用于中频4×4开关矩阵系统的开关模块,性能稳定,达到实用水平。
In order to improve the performance of the switch matrix, a switch module circuit is designed for the 4 × 4 switch matrix of the intermediate frequency.
