一、前言揭阳市区地基属榕江三角洲冲积平原,兼有第四纪晚期海相沉积,呈滨海软土地带构造性质。其特点是:含水量大,孔隙比大,压缩性高,强度低,淤泥层地基承载力标准值一般都小于100kPa。在此软土地基上的建筑物,往往沉降量大,沉降速率快,沉降稳定时间长,如设计不当往往会出现建筑物开裂,以至破坏,影响建筑物的安全及正常使用。因此,为做好在此软土地基上营建楼房,地基的加固问题犹为重要。本人经多年实践,采用碎石、砂(各占50%)桩加固软土地基,取得了良好效果和经济效益。
I. INTRODUCTION The foundation of Jieyang City is the alluvial plain of the Minjiang River delta. It also has marine sediments of the late Quaternary period and is a coastal soft-zoning nature. Its characteristics are: large water content, large void ratio, high compressibility, low strength, and the standard value of the bearing capacity of silt layer foundation is generally less than 100kPa. Buildings on this soft ground often have large settlements, rapid settlement, and long settling time. If they are improperly designed, cracks may occur in buildings and even destroy, affecting the safety and normal use of buildings. Therefore, in order to build a building on this soft ground, the reinforcement of the foundation is still important. After years of practice, I have used gravel, sand (each 50%) piles to reinforce the soft soil foundation, and achieved good results and economic benefits.
