随着我省对外开放的不断扩大,卫生系统对外合作与交流呈现上升趋势,卫生外事档案的重要性也逐渐突显。本文就卫生外事档案管理进行一定程度上的研究与分析。首先阐述了对卫生外事档案的管理特点。然后分析了目前状况下卫生外事档案管理之中仍然存在的问题,并重点针对这些问题从完善外事档案管理制度、加强外事档案收集工作、提高外事档案管理手段、增强外事档案管理人员素质以及创造性地开展外事档案管理工作五个方面对卫生外事档案管理工作提出了相应的建议。
