不宜“迟”俗话说“一日之计在于晨”。夏日的清晨,空气清新,气候凉爽;尤其是太阳出来前,是锻炼的黄金时间,故而应选择此时锻炼身体为佳。应避免在中午或下午锻炼,因这时暑热湿盛,骄阳似火,容易引起中暑或其他意外。不宜“空”夏季天气炎热,锻炼时,人体出汗多,水分消耗大;因此要及时补充足量的水分和盐分,以保持机体水分和电解质平衡。锻炼前,最好适量喝些淡盐开水或绿豆汤
