目的:探讨和研究外科换药室集中管理的效果。方法:淳安县第一人民医院外科换药室自2012年1月起开始实施集中管理,以此为时间节点,对未实施集中管理的2011年和实施集中管理后的2012年换药室管理效果进行统计对比。结果:实施集中管理后的外科换药室物品管理、环境卫生以及换药后物品处置合格率均显著优于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集中管理方法用于外科换药室管理中效果显著,物品管理、环境卫生以及换药后物品处置合格率均有明显提高。
Objective: To explore and study the effect of centralized management of surgical dressing change room. Conclusion: The centralized management method has obvious effect in the management of surgical dressing change room, and the passing rates of article management, environmental hygiene and post-dressing articles have been significantly improved.
