目的:探讨中药验方益肾喘宁汤联合普米克令舒对肾气虚哮喘大鼠Treg/Th机制中细胞因子的影响及其可能机制。方法:将50只大鼠随机分为正常组、哮喘组、肾哮组、西药组、中西药组,观察各组大鼠肺组织病理学改变,检测肺泡灌洗液中白细胞计数及IL-4、IL-5、IL-13细胞因子的表达水平。结果:与正常组比较,哮喘组和肾哮组肺泡灌洗液中白细胞计数及IL-4、IL-5、IL-13值水平显著升高(P<0.05)。用药后,西药组、中西药联合组肺泡灌洗液中白细胞计数及IL-4、IL-5、IL-13值水平显著下降(P<0.05)。其中,以中西药组下降最明显(P<0.05)。结论:中西药联合干预对肾气虚哮喘大鼠具有明显疗效,这可能与药物调节细胞因子IL-4、IL-5、IL-13水平、减轻炎性细胞浸润相关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Yishenchuanning decoction combined with Pulmicort respules on cytokines in Treg / Th mechanism of asthenospermia rats and its possible mechanism. Methods: Fifty rats were randomly divided into normal group, asthma group, renal asthma group, western medicine group and western medicine group. The pathological changes of lung in each group were observed. The levels of leukocyte and IL-4 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid , IL-5, IL-13 cytokine expression levels. Results: Compared with the normal group, the levels of leukocyte and the levels of IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of asthma group and nephrolithiasis group were significantly increased (P <0.05). The levels of IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of western medicine group and western medicine group decreased significantly after treatment (P <0.05). Among them, the most obvious decline in Chinese and Western medicine group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has obvious curative effect on asthenic asthma rats, which may be related to the regulation of cytokines such as IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13 and inflammatory cell infiltration.
