中国法硕士是我国高校开办的对外学历教育中的研究生教育项目之一。认为在项目具体实施过程中还存在教育定位不明确、教学模式不符合教育规律、教学内容仍偏重语言教学等问题。指出教育定位应强调文化交流与职业技能学习相结合,在教学中逐渐引入趋同式教学模式,适当加强学生的汉语学习,以解决项目所面临的问题。 The Master of Chinese Laws is one of the postgraduate education programs in foreign diploma education run by Chinese universities. In the process of project implementation, there are still some problems such as the unclear orientation of education, the non-conformity of teaching mode with the law of education, and the emphasis of teaching on language teaching. It is pointed out that the orientation of education should emphasize the combination of cultural exchange and vocational skills learning. Gradually, the teaching of convergent teaching is introduced into teaching and the students’ Chinese learning is appropriately strengthened so as to solve the problems faced by the project.
