随着我国社会主义建设事业的日益扩大,每年所要澆筑的混凝土数量急剧的增多,因而大力降低混凝土的造价,在国民经济中具有重大意义。从混凝土施工技术过程的研究结果可以知道,节约模板费用是降低混凝土造价的重要因素之一,通常每立方公尺混凝土平均要使用1.2～1.6平方公尺的木板来制作模板,这样国家每年消耗于模板方面的木材,为数相当巨大。同时我们如果仍沿用过去常用的横梁式定型模板,不但模板的周转率不易提高,工程造价难以降低,而且在劳动力的使用上、施工管理上和加速工程进度上也将遭到很多困难,因此如何来改进模板的型式和施工方法以降低成本,加速工程进度,就成为目前从事混凝土施工工作者的首要任务之
