2012年9月14日上午,民政部部长李立国与国家开发银行董事长陈元在北京钓鱼台国宾馆见证双方签署《支持社会养老服务体系建设规划合作协议》。根据合作协议,民政部和国家开发银行将以规划合作为平台,充分发挥民政部门的组织协调优势和国家开发银行的开发性金融优势,紧紧围绕国家“十二五”社会养老服务体系建设专项规划的总体方向和任务目标开展规划编制与实施合作,针对社会养老服务体系建设中财税政策、投融资平台建设、金融服务模式等问题深化研究,选择具有引导和示范效应的重点项目开展试点示范,引导社会资金加大对社会养老服务体系建设的投入力度。
