一、总体概况2012年第三季度通过广西人才网联系统招聘人才的用人单位(简称用人单位,下同)共9460家,需求人才数134990人,求职人才数为180560人,人才供求比为1.34(即人才需求人数或职位数为1时,人才供给或求职人才数为1.34,下同)。其中广西人才网联系统中用人单位数比2011年同期增长21.13%,求职人才数比去年同期增长4.23%,但是需求人才数比去年同期下降9.90%,总体人才供需矛盾同比出现小幅回升,人才
I. General Overview In the third quarter of 2012, a total of 9,460 employers (referred to as employing units and the same below) were recruited through the Guangxi Talent Network. The number of required talents was 134,990, the number of job-seekers was 180,560 and the ratio of talent supply to demand was 1.34 (That is, the number of talent demand or number of jobs is 1, the number of talent supply or job seekers is 1.34, the same below). Among them, the number of employing units in the Guangxi Talent Network system increased by 21.13% over the same period of 2011, with the number of job-seekers increasing by 4.23% over the same period of last year. However, the number of required personnel dropped by 9.90% over the same period of last year. The contradiction between supply and demand for general personnel showed a slight rise year on year.
