目的 :建立复方淫羊藿胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法。结果 :淫羊藿苷在 3 .6～ 2 2 ( μg/ml)范围内呈良好线性关系 ,平均回收率99.4% ( RSD=2 .2 % ) ,结论 :本法简便易行 ,重现性好。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of icariin in compound Epimedium capsules. Method: HPLC. Results: There was a good linear relationship between icariin in the range of 360 ~ 2 2 (μg/ml) and the average recovery was 99.4% (RSD = 2.2%). Conclusion: This method is simple, easy to use and reproducible. it is good.
