将成年Wistar大鼠随机分成三组,缺碘组(LI组):饲以低碘饲料并饮用无离子水;加碘对照组(NI组):饲料同上而饮水加碘化钾;以及普食组(N组):饲以标准实验室饲料,饮用自来水。以它们的第一代仔鼠(20日龄)为实验对象,测定了全脑匀浆的T_4 5'-脱碘酶活性、血清及匀浆的T_4和T_3含量。发现LI组匀浆T_4→T_3的转化率显著高于其他两组,血清及匀浆的T_3含量三组间无显著差别。但LI组的血清T_4含量为N组的10.9%,其匀浆的T_4水平也只有N组的38.5%。提示未成熟大鼠脑组织T_45'-脱碘酶活性的提高,可以补偿T_4代谢库的不足,维持先天性缺碘仔鼠脑组织T_3含量正常。
The adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: the iodine deficiency group (LI group) fed with low iodine diet and drinking deionized water; the iodized control group (NI group) N group): fed a standard laboratory feed, drinking tap water. Their first generation offspring (20 days old) were used as experimental subjects to measure T_4 5’-deiodinase activity, T_4 and T_3 contents in serum and homogenate. It was found that the conversion rate of T_4 → T_3 in homogenate of LI group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups. There was no significant difference among the three groups in serum and homogenate T_3 content. However, the level of T_4 in LI group was 10.9% of that in N group, and the level of T_4 in homogenate was only 38.5% in N group. It is suggested that the increase of T_45’-deiodinase activity in immature rat brain can compensate for the deficiency of T_4 metabolic library and maintain the normal T_3 content in brain tissue of congenital deficiency iodine.
