多品种、小批量生产中的造型机械化,现在多采用抛砂机。但是,往往因砂处理系统不完善,维修力量和操作水平跟不上,使抛砂造型应用受到限制。现有的气动震击式造型机,是按一定的砂箱尺寸和有效负荷设计的,难以适应多品种、小批量生产要求。若能对它的结构予以改进,使之适应多种规格砂箱和大幅度变化负荷的造型,不无裨益。《铸造机械》1983年4期“中心气垫微震造型机”一文,已就这种机器的结构原理、性能特征以及设计计算方法作了阐述,
Multi-species, small batch production of mechanized models, now more use of sand throwing machine.
