Westerners eat? Eat McDonald’s all day? Of course impossible! They eat “Western food.” The so-called “western food” is customarily used to refer to the catering culture of European countries and regions as well as the vast regions of North America, South America and Oceania where emigrants from these countries and mainly migrate. Due to the relatively close geographical location of European countries, there have been many national treacherous movements in history, and their cultures, including the restaurant culture, have long been interwoven with each other and have had much in common with each other. Furthermore, Catholicism, Orthodox Christianity and Protestantism, which Westerners believe, are all major branches of Christianity, and therefore they are generally the same in terms of eating taboos. As for the majority and predominance of European immigrants in South, North America and Oceania, Food culture is also basically the same with Europe.
