1案例资料1.1简要案情及首诊治疗经过王某,女,4岁,2009年10月20日因行走不稳半年到某三甲医院就诊,既往发育及智力均正常。入院查体记载:患儿行走呈剪刀步态、不稳定。双侧跟腱紧张,明显挛缩,足背伸<80°,双侧内收肌紧、外展明显受限。诊断:脑性瘫;双侧跟腱挛缩。入院后于10月23日对患儿行“双侧内收肌松解+双侧跟腱延长+石膏外固定术”。术后病情好转于11月5日出院,
1 case information 1.1 brief case and first diagnosis and treatment after Wang, female, 4 years old, October 20, 2009 due to unstable walking six months to a top three hospital, previous development and intelligence are normal. Admission examination records: children walking scissors gait, unstable. Bilateral Achilles tendon, obvious contracture, dorsiflexion <80 °, bilateral adductor muscle tight, abduction was significantly limited. Diagnosis: cerebral palsy; bilateral Achilles tendon contracture. After admission on October 23 for children with “bilateral adductor release + bilateral Achilles tendon extension + plaster fixation.” Condition improved after discharge on November 5,
