[目的]建立白胡椒中毒死蜱和溴氰菊酯残留的检测方法。[方法]采用乙腈提取,凝胶渗透色谱和Canbon-NH2净化,气相色谱-串联质谱进行测定。[结果]白胡椒中毒死蜱和溴氰菊酯在0.05、0.5 mg/kg质量分数添加水平下,平均回收率在80%~93%之间,RSD均小于10%,毒死蜱和溴氰菊酯方法理论最小检出限分别为0.001、0.002 mg/kg。[结论]方法准确可靠,适用于白胡椒中毒死蜱和溴氰菊酯的农药残留检测。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish the detection method of chlorpyrifos and deltamethrin residues in white pepper. [Method] Acetonitrile extraction, gel permeation chromatography, Canbon-NH2 purification and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry were used. [Result] The average recoveries of chlorpyrifos and deltamethrin in white pepper at the concentration of 0.05 and 0.5 mg / kg were between 80% and 93% with RSD less than 10%. The chlorpyrifos and deltamethrin Theoretical minimum detection limit were 0.001,0.002 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The method was accurate and reliable and suitable for the determination of pesticide residues in chlorpyrifos and deltamethrin in white pepper.
