利用非平衡格林函数方法,研究了量子点环的相干输运性质.结果表明:与一维量子点阵列相比,量子点环中的电子出现更多新的准束缚能级.量子点间耦合的增强会使微分电导振荡出现退相干现象.
The coherent transport properties of quantum dot rings have been studied by using the non-equilibrium Green’s function method. The results show that there are more new quasi-binding energy levels for the electrons in the quantum dot rings compared with one-dimensional quantum dot arrays. Enhancement will lead to differential conductance oscillation phenomenon appeared decoherence.
