目的:研究姜黄活性成分对血小板聚集及小鼠常压耐缺氧能力的影响。方法:①采用比浊法观察姜黄活性成分对二磷酸腺苷(ADP),肾上腺素(Adr)诱发的家兔血小板聚集的影响。②采用常压耐缺氧实验观察姜黄活性成分对小鼠常压耐缺氧能力的影响。结果:①川郁金油(CYJY)0.01,0.001 g.L-1对Adr诱导的血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用。②CYJY,CYJY 0.001 g.L-1对ADP诱导的血小板聚集有较明显的抑制作用。③与空白组比较,姜黄提取物J1,J2,J3,EZY能显著延长小鼠的存活时间。结论:①CYJY 0.01,0.001 g.L-1对ADP及Adr所诱导的血小板聚集均有明显的抑制作用,并显示剂量依赖性。②姜黄提取物姜黄素Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ(J1,J2,J3)莪术油(EZY)具有显著提高常压耐缺氧能力。
Objective: To study the effects of turmeric active ingredients on platelet aggregation and hypoxia tolerance in mice at atmospheric pressure. Methods: ① The turbidimetric method was used to observe the effects of active components of turmeric on platelet aggregation induced by adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and adrenaline (Adr) in rabbits. (2) The effect of turmeric active ingredients on hypoxia tolerance in mice was observed by atmospheric hypoxia tolerance test. Results ① CYJY 0.01,0.001 g.L-1 significantly inhibited platelet aggregation induced by Adr. ② CYP, CYJY 0.001 g.L-1 on ADP-induced platelet aggregation had a more significant inhibitory effect. ③ Compared with the blank group, the extract of J turmeric J1, J2, J3, EZY can significantly prolong the survival time of mice. Conclusion: ①YYJY 0.01,0.001 g.L-1 significantly inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP and Adr, and showed a dose-dependent manner. ② Curcumin Curcuma Curcumin Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ (J1, J2, J3) Curcuma oil (EZY) has a significant increase in atmospheric hypoxia tolerance.
