针对目前国内柴油机轴瓦减摩涂层研究的不足,采用非平衡磁控溅射技术制备AlSn20Cu涂层,通过单因素变量法系统地研究基体温度、沉积气压以及基体偏压等参数对AlSn20Cu减摩涂层性能的影响,最终确定AlSn20Cu涂层的最优制备条件。在考察AlSn20Cu涂层的力学性能与摩擦学性能后发现:基体温度与沉积气压两个因素对AlSn20Cu涂层的结合力影响较小,而对涂层硬度有较大影响;基体偏压对涂层的结合力与硬度均有较大影响。实验还制备出具有优异力学性能和摩擦学性能的AlSn20Cu涂层的轴瓦样品。
Aiming at the insufficiency of current research on antifriction coatings on diesel engine bearings, AlSn20Cu coatings were prepared by unbalanced magnetron sputtering. The influence of substrate temperature, deposition pressure and substrate bias on the wear resistance of AlSn20Cu coatings was systematically studied by single factor method. Layer properties of the final determination of AlSn20Cu coating the optimal preparation conditions. After investigating the mechanical and tribological properties of the AlSn20Cu coating, it was found that the two factors, the substrate temperature and the deposition pressure, had little influence on the adhesion of the AlSn20Cu coating, but had a great effect on the hardness of the AlSn20Cu coating. The combination of strength and hardness have a greater impact. Experiments were also prepared with excellent mechanical and tribological properties of AlSn20Cu coated bearing samples.
