一氧化氮在机体内 ,不仅可以介导内皮细胞舒张和传导神经信息 ,还在许多病理过程中起重要作用。有研究表明 ,一氧化氮在氨基糖甙类药物的耳毒性作用机制中占重要地位。调节一氧化氮的生成可能是治疗和预防氨基糖甙类药物毒性的新途径。
Nitric oxide in the body, not only can mediate endothelial cell relaxation and nerve conduction information, but also plays an important role in many pathological processes. Studies have shown that nitric oxide plays an important role in the mechanism of ototoxicity of aminoglycosides. Regulating the production of nitric oxide may be a new way to treat and prevent the toxicity of aminoglycosides.
