随着传统生物医学模式转变为现代生物-心理-社会医学模式,计算机网络技术、虚拟现实技术及新材料技术在医学领域的广泛应用,"刀剪切割"的传统神经外科也逐步转变成以微创化、功能化和智能化为特色的微创神经外科[1].广义的微创神经外科是微创技术与微创理念的结合和统一,是神经外科学领域发展史上的新里程碑[2].笔者就微创神经外科的内涵及其新的研究进展作一综述.
