为了加强医德医风建设,近几年来我院采取了加强教育,建立制度,强化监督和认真考评等综合措施,取得了良好的效果,已连续两次获得江苏省卫生厅授于的“文明医院”称号。在实际工作中,我们体会到教育是基础、是关键,然而光靠教育不行,还必须有强有力的监督和约束来保证,自去年以来,我院在如何强化监督约束机制方面,尤其是怎样建立考核机制,抓好医德考评工作上进行了一些有益的探索,取得了一些经验。

Establishing an assessment mechanism and doing a good job in the assessment of medical ethics performed some useful explorations and gained some experience.
